This batman suit is inspired by Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises, played by Christian Bale. We actually make two different versions of this suit. In one version, all of the armor parts are made out of EVA foam, which makes for a lightweight, custom, cost-effective fit. In the other version, All armor parts, including the cowl are cast in urethane rubber, which makes them more rich in detail and more durable.
Conan O'Brien actually ordered one of the urethane cast suits from me back in 2018. However, at his request, I haven't kept any of the photos that he took in it. That's okay, though! It was still awesome to be able to work with him!
