The Mark V Iron Man Armor, also known as the Suitcase Suit, was Tony Stark's fifth Iron Man suit. The first suit to specialize on portability and easy access, it was used by Stark during the Duel of Monoco, where it was damaged by Whiplash.
Iron Man Mk 5 Helmet Development Stage:
This helmet is based off of the Mk 5 helmet that appears in Iron Man 2 when Tony Stark faces Whiplash for the first time. I've seen the helmet recreated by a lot of other builders, but only with one servo. We wanted to make it look and and operate a little more true to the movie, so this one has 5 servos.
This helmet took a long time to design because it had so many moving components. It took us about six months and a many prototypes to get the programming right. We are really pleased with how the helmet turned out after months of trial and error.

Many of the people who order superhero costumes from me are involved in a lot of charity work. This particular client is an amazing Tony Stark lookalike and goes to children's hospitals and visits with the kids.
